🍴 Dining & Amenities

Is there a restaurant on site?
Absolutely! Little Pub is right here on property, serving lunch, dinner, drinks, and snacks seven days a week.
Brunch lovers: don’t miss weekend brunch starting at 10 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Is there a bar?
You bet. Swing by the boat bar inside Little Pub and grab something refreshing.

Do you offer room service?
We do! Order takeout from Little Pub using the in-room QR code, and we’ll deliver it right to your door.

Are there refrigerators in the rooms?
Yep! Every room includes a mini-fridge for your snacks, drinks, and beach-day leftovers.

🛏️ Families, Pets & Policies

Can I bring the kids?
Of course! Surfside is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages.

Can I bring my dog?
We love pups—within reason.

  • Dogs under 35 lbs are welcome in rooms 8, 9, and 10 only.

  • A one-time cleaning fee of $195 applies if there’s an “oops” moment.

  • Sorry, no dogs in interior rooms—some guests are allergic or just not into barking.

Can I smoke?
Nope. Surfside is proudly 100% smoke-free—indoors and out.
That means no cigarettes, cigars, vapes, cannabis, or anything else.
If you light up inside, we’ll have to bring in ServPro for a deep clean—and that’s a $500 fee.

Do you have ADA-accessible rooms?
We do! A select number of rooms are ADA-compliant.
Please call us directly to check availability and make arrangements.

What's Up With The Artwork? Can I Buy Some?

All rooms feature original artworks by EvilTwin™ Collective, Elena McCoy and Callahan Artist*. If you are interested in an EvilTwin™ Seascape let us know and we can put you in touch with the Collective.  More info on Elena McCoy and her pool series can be found here: https://www.elenamccoy.com/.

*Callahan Artist is a bit of a recluse who travels between studios in London and Rowayton. We do not know where to find him. He delivers new works from time to time with a “display all or return all” mandate.

That Rooftop Porch view! WOW!! When I was looking For a last minute staycation with the kids, I was delighted when the Surfside was finally open and taking bookings online. I was one of the 1st to stay for the soft opening this week so it wasn’t fully staffed, but the Little Pub team and manager made sure all my needs were met! Being a newly renovated hotel my Covid fears were lessened as well!"

The BEST service I have ever received! The rooms are beautiful and the ocean side view is amazing!

“Our stay was immaculate. The bathroom was lovely and for the first time ever, I came home to purchase the soap that they had for use. It was FANTASTIC. We had a rooftop room with a patio looking out over the water and it was perfect! I sat inside the glass sliders and watched the ferries go back and forth and the gulls flying above them. The wifi was about the best we have ever experienced in our travels. I liked the fact that there is an excellent restaurant downstairs which provides takeout. Based on the pandemic, we had brought our own food, but I would be comfortable ordering out from there on our next visit.

"I use to stay a lot when the old owners had it... I was so happy once it opened. I stayed over the weekend with my husband and it was amazing. My husband didn't want to leave! We had a late check out & they were great about it… our room was clean, view was beautiful, and the band outside was great. The food was amazing & the staff was wonderful. My husband and I will be back again very soon.
Thank you for an amazing weekend."
